Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, Inc. (“Coke Northeast,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal and otherwise confidential information of our website visitors. We want you to understand how we collect and use information from our websites (collectively, the “Site”) so you can interact with us with confidence. By using the Site, you accept and agree to the practices this Privacy Policy describes.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use our Site, we may collect and use personal information about you, as well as other information. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, credit or debit card numbers. We may collect the following information:

  • Information that you provide directly to us by filling in forms on our Site;

  • Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason, including information in emails you send to us or submissions you may make on the Site;

  • Information you provide as part of a job application;

  • Information you provide in connection with making a payment; and

  • Details of your visits to our Site and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, including your IP address, browser type, the date and time you accessed or left the Site, and which pages you viewed. Some parts of our Site use cookies, pixel tags (also known as “web beacons”), and other technologies to collect this information about your general internet usage. HOW WE USE COOKIES AND PIXEL TAGS

“DO NOT TRACK” REQUESTS

“Do Not Track” is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable “Do Not Track” by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your browser. Our Site currently does not respond to “do not track” or similar signals.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Coke Northeast only collects, obtains access to, processes, or otherwise uses your information as necessary for and/or relevant to its proper business purposes as well as to comply with laws, regulations, professional standards, contract terms, court orders, administrative or judicial processes, subpoenas and search warrants. This may include:

  • to process and fulfill online orders;

  • to analyze and assess job applications;

  • to respond to communication from you or provide information requested from us;

  • to provide you, including via your email address, with information relating to Coke Northeast or your order; and

  • to process payments.

SECURITY

We use commercially suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on our Site. These procedures include, but are not limited to, firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection, and Site monitoring. We also limit access to any personal information we receive to employees who need access to that information in order to do their jobs. However, no data protection procedures are entirely infallible. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% secure. Your transmission of your personal information to our Site thus is done entirely at your own risk.

DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION

  • If we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Coke Northeast or others.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you make a payment, you will be taken to a website of a third-party service provider. This third-party service provider will either collect or have access to your first and last name, zip code, postal address, email address, payment amount, billing information, and payment card information.

YOUR CHOICES

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You may be able to set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by us to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the promotional email. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to us as a result of a product purchase, service experience or other transactions.

  • Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to improve our Site’s functions. You can choose not to be included in Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

  • Unsubscribe or Opt-Out. All users and/or visitors to our Site have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.

  • Access, Correction, and Deletion. You may review, edit, and/or delete the information we collected about you at any time by contacting us at the addresses listed at the end of this privacy policy. If your information has been shared with a third party, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, then that third party has received its own copy of your data. If you have been contacted by one of these third parties and wish to correct or delete your information, please contact them directly.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Our Site may contain links to other sites, including those of third parties or business partners. While we seek to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices other websites use. By accessing other third-party websites or applications through our Site, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. It is possible that other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Our Site is hosted and operated in the United States (“US”). By using the Site, you are consenting to the transfer of your personal information to the US. If you are accessing our Site from outside the US, please be advised that US law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of your jurisdiction.

CALIFORNIA VISITORS

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. USERS ONLY OF LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY

Coke Northeast does not intend to collect any personal information from an individual under the age of 13. If we discover that personal information of a child under the age of 13 has been submitted, we will immediately delete such personal information.

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES AND CONTACT US

Coke Northeast may modify or discontinue this Policy at any time, as it deems appropriate, without prior notice or consent, and new versions will become effective immediately. Any changes to this policy will be included on the Site so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
